Don’t be humble about your vintage car.
It deserves some glory — and a trophy.
Show it off at the Camano Center’s 27th annual Collector’s Car Show from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at 606 Arrowhead Road, Camano Island.
Categories include muscle cars, street rods, modified trucks, European cars and the best cars from each decade, going back as far as the 1930s. Trophies are awarded by vote from other contestants.
Registration is $15 in advance, $20 day-of the show. Each entrant will receive a commemorative dash plaque. Car admirers are welcome and get in free.
There also will be an outdoor market, raffle prizes, live music, a car maintenance class, food and a beer garden.

If you’re a fan of “Black Mirror” or “Game of Thrones,” you know this feeling better than most. They’re the deadliest shows on television, according to MusicMagpieco.uk.
“Black Mirror,” an anthology series on Netflix, has a whopping death count of 387,063. HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” set in the fantasy world created by author George R.R. Martin, comes in second with 174,373 deaths.
Other shows with high body counts include “Humans” (110,059), “24” (16,115) and “Battlestar Galactica” (10,892).
