Winemaker Eric Dunham is coming to the Tulalip Resort Casino with his award-winning, single vineyard “Artist Series Wines” for a special dinner on Saturday.
Joining Dunham is Washington native Kyle MacLachlan, the actor known for his role on “Twin Peaks” and as the mayor of Portland on “Portlandia.”
Together, they’ll present Dunham Cellar’s Pursued by Bear Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Baby Bear Syrah. Tulalip chef Perry Mascitti and his team will create a menu to accompany the wines.
Guests will be served under the stars — weather permitting — or by the fire on the Mpulse patio.
Dinner is expected to be served at a variety of stations including a meat- and fish-grilling station, a vegetable station, slider station, salad and desserts.
The Dunham/MacLachlan evening starts at 5 p.m. at the casino. Tickets are $115.
The kickoff dinner will be followed by another dinner on July 7. That’s when Tulalip honorary winemaker Chris Sparkman of Sparkman Cellars will bring the best of his offerings. Tickets are $115.
Guests will dine al fresco and sample the best of the Mondavi family’s wines at a third event, the Mondavi Generations Picnic, on Aug. 4. Tickets are $145.
