Those of you who have been to Sorticulture, Everett’s annual garden party, in the past, know that the event transforms Legion Park into a showcase of lust-worthy outdoor accoutrements.
Even better, earth-friendly options abound between vendors hawking hanging baskets and gorgeous garden sculptures.
This weekend, look for the following:
- Keeping It Green Nursey from Stanwood: options to revitalize developed land back to its natural state.
- Vermiculture at Sorticulture: offering a unique composting option that makes use of worms and their natural byproducts.
- Bedrock Industries: making practically anything you want using recycled glass.
- Faded Elegance: antiques! What’s more “reuse” than that?
- Goods from the Woods: rustic furniture from Arlington. Local, hand-made and not saturated with toxins.
These are just a few of the dozens of vendors listed.
Who else? If you plan to be there and have something eco-geek to share, comment below!
