Take your kids and fly away to a land of legends during a storytelling event called “Evening With the Raven.”
In addition to storytelling, guests will also hear American Indian flute music and see traditional dancing presented by well-known American Indian storyteller Gene Tagaban. This family event includes door prizes and refreshments.
“Evening With the Raven” goes from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Glacier Peak High School, 7401 144th Place SE, Snohomish. The program is put on by the Monroe, Snohomish and Sultan school districts’ Skykomish Valley Indian Education Program
Donations benefit the Skykomish Valley Indian Education Parent Organization scholarship fund and provide funding for cultural events.
