Run of the Mill 5K: A Mill Creek race/walk on July 7. Packet pick-up begins at 7:30 a.m. with the race starting at 9:30 a.m. The cost is $25 per adult; kids and students get a discount. Kids Club: Chalk Pots: 11 a.m. July 14, The Plant Farm, 15022 Twin Lakes Ave., Marysville; get creative with clay pots by painting them with chalkboard paint and when they dry decorate — and redecorate — with colorful chalk. Guided Future of Flight Aviation Center Gallery Tours: 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursdays to Sept. 20 at The Future of Flight, 8415 Paine Field Blvd., Mukilteo. These are 90-minute detailed, guided tours of the center’s aviation gallery and its exhibits. Admission for the guided tour is included in the regular ticket price of $20 and $14. Tutankhamun: The Golden King and The Great Pharaohs: The exhibition features more than 100 objects from King Tut’s tomb and ancient sites representing some of the most important rulers throughout 2,000 years of ancient Egyptian history. Many of these objects have never toured in the United States before this exhibit. Come face-to-face with the largest image of King Tut ever unearthed — a 10-foot statue of the pharaoh; to Jan. 6 at Pacific Science Center, 200 Second Ave. N, Seattle.
