Intermediate level pressure cooking with Annie Lyman, 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 18, $32.50. Menu: Chicken and vegetable chowder, bread and appetizer.

Homemade soups with Susan Jensen, 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 22, $40. Class will cover tips for making stocks of various soups.

A taste of Thailand, hands-on with Naomi Kakiuchi, 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 23, $47.50. Menu: Thai eggplant lettuce wraps, coconut chicken and mushroom soup dish, fried rice with crab, green papaya salad and grilled pineapple.

Traditional Greek appetizers with Andreanna Zafiropoulos, Ann Erickson and Neena Blackwell, 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 30, $37.50. Menu: Feta cheese triangles with phyllo, spinach triangles with phyllo, stuffed grape leaves, Greek meatballs, taramo dip for bread.

Quick, easy, nutritious meals with Karen Lamphere, 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 6, $37.50. Menu: Turkey with artichoke hummus wraps, shrimp pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes and feta, spicy black bean and quinoa salad.

Autumn’s bounty with Leslie Lightner, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 18, $25. Menu: Mixed greens with pecans, goat cheese and dried cranberries, black bean pumpkin soup, maple-brined grilled chicken, citrus poached pears with spice-infused caramel sauce, hot apple cider.

Party trays and garnishes with James White, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 24, $48. Menu: Vegetable baskets, fruit trays, decorative meat and cheese trays and more. Bring your favorite chef knife and paring knife.

Appetizers from the Galley Chef with Chris Starkenberg, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 25, $45. Menu: Seared ahi, calamari with aioli sauce, clams or mussels, scallop ceviche, seafood cocktail with fire cocktail sauce.

Innovative Thanksgiving baking with Carol Richardson, noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 27, $35. Menu: Maple-bourbon sweet potato pie, cream cheese pecan pie, pumpkin pecan crumble pie, tips for flaky pie crust.
