• Exceptional beers and bodacious burgers: July 13, WineStyles Boutique in Bothell, with owner Lane Scott, $48. Grilled burgers with attitude, paired local and international brews from the lightest wheat to the darkest porter: Beef and bacon barbecue ranch burger; chicken burger with garlic rosemary mayo; smoky double salmon burger; and Asian turkey burger with sesame slaw. • Dressed to thrill: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 20, $40. Main dish summer salads, with culinary events director Leslie Lightner. Full-bodied, meal-sized salads with unusual collections of ingredients, such as scallop salad with avocado, white corn and sweet onion or grilled flank steak and potato salad.

• Grilled summer fruit and vegetable sides: 6:30 to 9 p.m. July 21, $48. Partial hands-on, class limited to 20. Chef Dawnula Koukol teaches an array of grill-worthy foods and the seasonings, marinades and finishing touches, including tempeh and nectarine skewers with chipotle-honey glaze; stout-marinated seitan and pineapple skewers; and grilled fresh fruit and cake kabobs with apricot-cinnamon glaze.
