“Jimi Hendrix: Electric Church” is a new documentary that recalls the guitar god’s 1970 performance at the Atlanta Pop Festival. The film features interviews with band members Billy Cox and Mitch Mitchell, as well as Paul McCartney and Steve Winwood. 9 p.m., Showtime
