Here’s a reason to raise your glass.
Saturday* is the second annual Washington Beer Open House.
That means 44 breweries around the region, including six in Snohomish County, are offering behind-the-scenes tours.
Many brewers will be available to talk about their recipes and methods for producing what many say are the country’s best brews.
Expect tours, music, snacks, beer samples and sales.
The event is scheduled for noon to 5 p.m. Most of the tours are free. Beverages and meals extra.
A complete list of participating breweries can be found online at washingtonbeer.com.
