Village Theatre’s annual fundraiser is May 2 at the Everett Performing Arts Center.
The event, “A Grand Night for Singing,” is a gala celebration with live and silent auctions, hors d’oeuvres and fine wine. Among the items on the auction block are a Broadway theater trip, a private tour of Safeco Field, a Boeing flight simulator experience, autographed theater posters and an opportunity to purchase a walk-on part in the Village Theatre’s upcoming production of “Hello, Dolly!”
The event also includes a live performance showcase of Village Theatre’s 2006-2007 season.
The gala raises money for a variety of Village Theatre programs including KidStage and Pied Piper youth education programs, ticket and tuition discounts to students, youth, seniors and active military.
Tickets are $50-$100 per person, reserved seating, call Marcie Wirtz at 425-257-6373.
