Parker Posey, Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jeri Ryan are already among the string of guest stars that are typically trotted out during May sweeps. All three will appear on ABC’s “Boston Legal,” which airs at 10 p.m. Tuesdays on KOMO-TV, Channel 4.
Posey and Prinze will appear on the May 9 episode, in which Posey plays “the ambitious but back-stabbing” Marlene Stanger, who joins the firm, and Denise Bauer (played by Julie Bowen) wonders if there’s enough room for the both of them, ABC said in a press release.
Prinze, meanwhile, plays the son of William Shatner’s Denny Crane, Donny Crane, and a father-and-son court battle in a case about “a woman who lost her baby at an inadequately supplied clinic in Nepal.”
Then, in the two-hour season finale on May 16, Jeri Ryan stops by. According to ABC, “Ryan will play Courtney Rae, the beautiful, sexy hostess of ‘The Phoenix,’ a fictional reality television series. Courtney is charged with attempted murder after shooting a member of the paparazzi who was stalking her.”
I say he had it coming.
