Pruning 101: The Evergreen Arboretum & Gardens is hosting a “Summer Pruning” class at 6 p.m. July 14 via Zoom. A Zoom link to the class will be emailed with registration. Trevor Cameron, general manager of Sunnyside Nursery, will go over basic rules of pruning, concentrating on spring-blooming shrubs (like rhododendrons and azaleas) and thinning of trees for summer health and lasting beauty.
