Beekeeping apprentice level courses: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Monday nights Nov. 7 to Dec. 5 or Jan. 9 to Feb. 13 or Feb. 27 to March 26; $70, WSU Snohomish County Extension, 600 128th St. SE, Everett. ‘Tis the Season flower show: 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 2 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 3, Holiday Inn, 3105 Pine St., Everett; $8 for advance tickets or $10 at the door. Plant clinics

Got a gardening question? Consult a local master gardener at a public plant clinic. If you have a plant with a problem or disease, bring in a fresh plant sample that, if possible, includes the diseased area, a transition area and a healthy area. Photos are also helpful. You can also call the master gardener hot line from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April through September, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. October through March at 425-357-6010 or visit the Home & Garden section at snohomish.wsu.edu.

WSU Snohomish County Extension: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays April through September, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. October through March (closed the two weeks of Christmas and New Years), 600 128th St. SE, Everett.
