The Woodstock is an unusual home with a main level, basement level and a sub-basement level.

Different rooflines and the many angles provide an eye appealing effect.

The living area of the Woodstock is 2,996 square feet with 1,758 square feet of unfinished sub-basement.

Inside the front door, one is confronted with stairs that lead up to the main landing or down to the basement landing.

Up on the main landing, the master suite is to the right. It has a large suite with a sitting room that overhangs the rear of the home.

There is a full bath with two sinks and a shower. Behind a pocket door is the walk-in closet and a linen closet. Just outside the door to the master suite is a half bath.

The living and dining rooms are vaulted and lined with windows. The kitchen is centrally located with an eating bar facing the dining room.

Counters run down two sides of the wall and there is a center island with the cook top.

Entry to the sunroom is through sliding doors off the kitchen. This room is vaulted, has open cedar beams, skylights, a spa and is lined with windows.

Stairs at the entry to the basement drop right into the huge family room.

On the right side are two bedrooms with a full bath between. Each room has a wall closet and one of the bedrooms has a built-in desk. A large linen closet is located in this hall area.

At the front of the family room is an enormous utility room with a sewing area and lots of counter space for folding clothes.

Through a door off the family room is a huge shop. This area could be broken up into smaller work areas for various hobbies or even used as storage.
