The Little Alcott is perfect for a sloping lot with a view. It has a two-car garage with entry from the front, a large main floor with two decks off the rear and a full finished basement with large covered patio.

Entry down a long covered porch goes right into the dining/kitchen area.

The vaulted dining room has two large windows. A large pantry is nestled in a corner of the stairwell.

The compact kitchen has an eating bar and nook that faces the huge, open living room. The nook’s door opens onto the deck.

The living room, with a corner gas fireplace, has three windows for maximum views. The right side of the Little Alcott is dedicated to a master suite with French doors opening onto a private deck. There is a large walk-in closet, with solar tube passing through to the basement. The bath has dual vanity sinks separated from the tub, a linen closet and shelves for additional storage.

The stairs to the basement form a T. To the right are bedrooms 2 and 3, and a large full bath with dual sinks, a tub and huge linen closet. Solar tubes have been used for extra lighting in this room. On the backside of the stairwell is a large utility room with the washer-dryer, a laundry chute, folding counter and storage.

Left of the stairs is a large family room with French doors opening onto the covered patio.
