The facade of the Cavanaugh has the quality of a Victorian home but with the ranch-style porch.

There are numerous paned windows, varied roof lines, and wood and rock walls.

The 1,699-square-foot home features a den on the right behind French doors.

Adjacent to the den are stairs to the second floor and to the optional 1,268-square-foot basement.

Left of the entry is a half bath, convenient to the main living space. The utility room is just beyond the half bath and a door to the two-car garage is in this area also, handy to the pantry.

Across from the pantry is an L-shaped kitchen featuring an island with the eating bar on one side and work space on the other.

The spcious family room and nook occupy the rest of the right side.

The master suite has a large main room with 10-foot ceilings and three large windows. There is an enormous walk-in closet, a full bath with a shower and stool in a separate area.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a full bath. There is a computer area between the two bedrooms.
