IPA Festival at Lazy Boy: Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing will host a three-day IPA Festival on Sept. 30 through Oct. 1 at the brewery, 715 100th St. SE A-1, Everett. There will be 10 different IPA pouring, including seven from Lazy Boy. Guest IPAs from Island Hoppin’ Brewing, Crucible Brewing and Middleton Brewing will also be pouring. Crucible anniversary: Everett’s Crucible Brewing will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a party from noon to close on Oct. 1 at the brewery. Crucible will release a number of specialty beers, including a barrel-aged version of its Damascus Belgian Dubbel and a bourbon barrel-aged version of its Hammer Forged Stout.
Fresh Hop Invitational: Everett’s The Independent Beer Bar will host a Fresh Hop Invitational at 4 p.m. Oct. 4. There will be 15 fresh hop beers and ciders from Washington and Oregon pouring. Brew at the Zoo: Enjoy a cold beer and some wild animals at Brew at the Zoo Beer Tasting at Woodland Park Zoo from 6 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 6. The event is 21-and-over and tickets range from $27 to $67. Bothell Beer Festival: Celebrate all things Bothell beer at the third annual Bothell Beer Festival from noon to 6 p.m. Oct. 15 in downtown Bothell. There will be more than 20 breweries pouring beer, live music and food trucks. Snohomish Brewfest: Sample a number of craft beers from around Snohomish County and the Pacific Northwest at the Snohomish Brewfest on Oct. 28 and 29 at the Snohomish Event Center. The Brewfest is 6 to 10 p.m. Oct. 28 and noon to 4 p.m. and 6 to 10 p.m. Oct. 29. There will be more than a dozen breweries on hand, including Snohomish breweries SnoTown and Sound to Summit.
