Twenty chefs from area Italian restaurants and 20 Italian wineries pair up for the first Little Italy fund-raiser.
The event, a benefit for Boomtown Cafe, is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Columbia Winery, 14030 NE 145th St., Woodinville.

Flying Fish: Flying Fish is hosting its second annual Oyster Frenzy to celebrate the beginning of oyster season with an oyster open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Participants include Taylor Shellfish, Penn Cove Shellfish, Marinelli Shellfish Company and Wallins Oysters and Clams.

Lombardi’s Garlic Festival: The 16th annual Lombardi’s Garlic Festival, featuring a menu of garlic appetizers, entrees and desserts, continues through Nov. 30.
Each meal begins with a complimentary garlic lemon shooter. In addition, Lombardi’s is pairing wines from the Tuscan region of Italy with its garlic menu.
Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian has three locations, including one at the Everett marina.
