Lawton “Disco” Grinter is the producer and co-host of the popular long distance hiking podcast The Trail Show.

We talk about his many thru hikes, including a triple crown and the Pacific Crest Trail twice. His many adventures have fed the pages of his first book — I Hike. He plans to write a second hiking book about the international hikes he has completed since authoring his first book.

We also talk about his movie — The Walkumentary. He talks about the gear he used to record and he also talked about footage he has yet to edit which he may make into another movie.
