The Northwest Stream Center has a presentation at 7 p.m. on Friday that’s perfect for the season. Learn the fascinating, true stories about bats. For the record, vampire bats don’t live around here, and they don’t care for human blood.
Barbara Ogaard, also known as the Bat Lady, rehabilitates injured bats for Sarvey Wildlife Center. She will have live bats during the presentation and will show photos of bats from around the world. The show is suitable for kids and adults.
Attend in costume and receive a free salmon poster.
Register for the show by calling 425-316-8592; $7, $5 for members of Adopt A Stream Foundation. The Northwest Stream Center is at 600 128th St. SE, Everett.
