Let The Herald and Heraldnet.com help with your spring plant sale

Let us help you with your spring plant sale

Spring has sprung, which means gardeners are looking forward to plant sales by garden clubs and other community groups.

It also means it’s almost time for The Herald to run our annual list of these sales on the Home &Garden page. We’re planning to publish it on April 20, a few weeks before the Mother’s Day rush.

Email us information about your plant sale. The listings are free. The list will include sales for April, May and June. Even if your sale is several months away, send it in now to be included on the list.

Give us the scoop following this easy format:

Your group’s name.

Times, dates.

Place, including address.

What you’re selling. Feel free to add a sentence or two to describe this.

A phone number, email and website for publication.

Please follow this simplified format instead of a sending a formal news release. It’s easier for both of us.

The deadline to send in your listing is April 14. Put “plant sale” in the subject of your email.

Send the information to sbruestle@heraldnet.com. If you have questions, call Sara Bruestle at 425-339-3046 and leave a message.
