Jazzstrings: Dave and Candace Brown, who are joined by a rotating line-up of Northwest jazz performers, take listeners on a swinging trip through time, from songs of the roaring ’20s to sweet blues of the ’30s to swinging dance tunes of the ’40s. 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Forest Park, Everett.
Kings of Mongrel Folk: Don’t let the name fool you. Mark Graham and Orville Johnson are respected and talented roots musicians appearing at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Duvall’s McCormick Park.
