There may not be a rabbit being pulled from a hat, but there definitely is a rabbit, and a hat, and a lot more at “Mickey’s Magic Show,” with two shows Sunday at Comcast Arena at Everett.
The rabbit, in this case, is a bit crazy, and his name is the Mad Hatter.
He will try to pull something from a giant top hat, Minnie Mouse and Aladdin’s Princess Jasmine are expected to levitate and Cinderella’s rags will transform into a beautiful gown in an instant.
Expect the entire Disney gang, including Goofy, Jasmine, Belle, Snow White, Alice of the Wonderland variety, and the grandmaster of all, Mickey Mouse. Donald Duck makes a grumpy appearance as his friends try to get him to take a turn being shot from a cannon. (You’ll have to go to see what happens!)
The 90-minute romp is chock full of fun and tricks based on the familiar movies.
Children of all ages should be in awe from the moment the curtain goes up. The show is really meant for kids up to about 8, but all should enjoy the theatrics, lights, costumes and tricks.
Tickets start at $19 and go up to $49 for a front row view. Children under 1 are admitted free, but must sit on a lap.
Shows at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., Comcast Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave.
