Everett’s Middleton Brewing is hosting a spring beer release event noon April 11 at the brewery at 607 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett.
Here’s a look at the four beers Middleton is releasing with tasting notes from head brewer Geoff Middleton:
Thai One On, a lemongrass kolsch. Crisp and light ale with a distinct lemon aroma and flavor. Brewed with real lemongrass. 5.5 percent
You’re My Boy, Blue!, a blueberry amber. Sweet and malty amber with a subtle blueberry and spice finish. Brewed with 45 pounds per 31 gallons of blueberries. 6 percent
Crazy Redhead, a ginger red ale. A happy red ale with a balanced hoppy ginger flavor. Brewed with ginger root. 5.2 percent
That’s My Jam!, a strawberry wheat beer. Cloudy cream wheat ale with a bold strawberry aroma and flavor. Brewed with 36 pounds per 31 gallons of fresh strawberries. 4.2 percent
