Seattle band Hey Marseilles performed at the Everett waterfront on Saturday. The weather wasn’t awesome but that was OK because the music was. Even though it was cold and really looked like it was going to rain, music fans still came out to enjoy some great tunes, and that’s just what Hey Marseilles gave them.
“We don’t get to play for two hours very often, so you are going to hear pretty much every song we have,” said singer and Snohomish native Matt Bishop.
They played played some new songs they have been working on, older material, and even a few covers to include a Damien Jurado song.
Below is a video of Hey Marseilles performing their song “Rio” toward the end of the show. It was a real treat to have this band play in Everett and I am excited for the rest of the summer concert series.
