Everett Philharmonic Orchestra: “That Magnificent Mozart” concert program features Mozart’s Symphony No. 39 at 3 p.m. Feb. 8, First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Oboist Shannon Spicciati, who teaches at the University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University, will perform Mozart’s Concerto for Oboe in C Major.
