Wine Notes concerts
Tower of Power, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Mindi Abair, Peter White and Michael Paulo are among performers scheduled to appear July 26 and 27 in the inaugural Wine Notes concerts at King County’s Marymoor Park.
The event offers the opportunity to taste the summer wines of Woodinville (five tastes are included with each concert ticket) and purchase small, plate-style cuisine while enjoying nationally acclaimed artists. Wines also will be available for sale by the bottle.
Woodinville Wine Country, a non-profit organization whose mission is to build awareness for Woodinville wines, will present Wine Notes from 5 to 9 p.m. July 26 and from 1 to 5 p.m. July 27.
The wine tasting and culinary music series is a first for the state, says Cynthia Dasté, Woodinville Wine Country executive director.
Tickets are $75 for one day, $135 for two days, $125 for one-day VIP and $235 for two-day VIP. Tickets and information at www.winenotes-concerts.com.
