Earn your captain’s license: Flagship Maritime’s next U.S. Coast Guard-approved captain’s license training for an OUPV 6-Pack license starts April 21 in Marysville. Classes are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks, concluding May 1. Tuition includes 56 hours of instruction, all required materials, student workbooks, charts and reference books, as are the four required Coast Guard exams, administered on site.
