Freewheelers Square Dance Club: Dances are 7 to 10 p.m. first, third and some fifth Sundays at the Lake City Community Center, 12531 28th Ave. NE, Seattle (nice wood floor). Hayloft dance: With DJ Merly Camarino on the second Saturday of the month. Dance lessons from 7 to 8 p.m., followed by dancing from 8 to 11 p.m. And with Ron Bolin, the “dancin’ DJ,” on the fourth Saturday of the month. Jay’s Dance Experience: Ballrooom, Latin and swing dance with DJ Terry West at Jay’s Dance Experience, 18005 Aurora Ave. N. (above the Highland Ice Arena), Seattle. Sons of Norway: 9910 270th NW, Stanwood. Third Friday dances. March 16: A sock hop will feature the music of the 1950s. ’50s dress is encouraged but optional.
