Aussie mystery: Renton author Jeanne Matthews will read from and sign “Bones of Contention,” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Third Place Books. “Bones,” Matthews’ debut novel, is a twisting tale of murder and mythology set in the outer reaches of Australia.
