Concerts at the Floyd continue with the woodwind quartet, Rossini Winds. This Seattle ensemble will play works by Haydn, Schubert, Mozart, Stamitz and Rossini at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center, 27130 102nd Ave. NW, Stanwood.
