Schedule of special film screenings around Snohomish County

The listings include documentaries showing at the Edmonds Center for the Arts.

Edmonds Theater: You can’t watch a movie in theaters yet, but you can still enjoy the popcorn. Pick up a bag of movie theater popcorn from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for $5 each through September at the Edmonds Theater, at 415 Main Street. Music on Film: The 2013 documentary “Muscle Shoals” is about a recording studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, that worked with some of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll and soul legends of all time. Even before the Civil Rights Movement, the color of your skin didn’t matter inside that studio. See the film at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds.
