Hands on History: The documentary “Harriette ‘Hiahl-tsa’ Shelton Dover: Her Life and Legacy,” is showing at 6 p.m. June 11 at the Everett Public Library, 2702 Hoyt Ave. Everett. The library’s Northwest Room and the Hibulb Cultural Center presents a free screening of a new film about the life of Tulalip elder Harriette Shelton Dover, who was the first chairwoman of the Tulalip Tribes’ board of directors.
