The Kruckeberg Botanic Garden’s annual meeting, which is free and open to the public, will feature a lecture by local garden expert Marty Wingate at 7 p.m. today at Shoreline City Hall, 17500 Midvale Ave. N., Shoreline.
Wingate’s talk is “Northwest Natives at Home and Abroad: How Some of Our Beloved Plants Made It Big in Gardens Far Away.” Wingate leads international garden tours and writes about gardening in the Northwest.
