Fairies, gnomes and witches, oh my: Marysville author Victoria Simcox brings her children’s fantasy novel, “The Magic Warble” ($16.95), to Uppercase Books in Snohomish from 3 to 5 p.m. today.
Twelve-year-old Kristina is transported to a Narnia kind of place and finds adventure and friendship as she seeks to return the magic “warble” to its rightful place.
Simcox will sign books and hand out bookmarks and special “warble” bracelets to kids,
Uppercase Books is at 611 Second St., Snohomish. Call 360-568-5987 or go to www.themagicwarble.com.
