Free movie: The Northwest Stream Center at McCollumn Park, 600 128th Street SE, Everett, is showing the film “Hoot” at 7 p.m. July 9. The movie is based on the best-selling young adult novel “Hoot” by Carl Hiaasen. Dial H for Hitchcock
