How about taking a free boat trip to Jetty Island? OK, so it’s only a five-minute ride. Puget Soundkeeper Alliance is looking for volunteers for an Everett Marina and Jetty Island cleanup from 9 a.m. to noon April 25. Lunch will be served following the cleanup.
No reservations are needed. Just show up at Popeye’s Marine and Kayak Center, 814 13th St. at the North Marina (access via 14th Street), ready to work wearing warm clothing, appropriate footwear and gloves.
