It’s time for Chefs of Snohomish Wine and Taste Series 2.
Local chef James White will demonstrate his techniques while guests sample a four-course meal, accompanied by wines, from 6 to 8 p.m. May 20 at A Manor of Wine, 610 First St.
The menu includes Asian spring rolls with spicy smoked shrimp and dipping sauces and a mixed green salad with brown sugar, almonds, feta cheese, dried cranberries and a raspberry vinaigrette.
The main course is roasted pork loin roulade with stuffed spinach, roasted peppers and mushrooms.
Dessert will be roasted ginger fruit compote with bananas, pears, pink lady apples, brown sugar and butter over French vanilla ice cream.
