Tuesday’s highlights on TV include:

It’s time for the 2014 World Series. Game 1 is played in the home ballpark of the unlikely American League champion, the Kansas City Royals. 4:30 p.m., Fox.

“Pretty Little Liars: We Love You to Death” is a “Halloween treat” for fans of the show. Cast members offer a behind-the-scenes tour of Rosewood and share some of their favorite eerie moments. 8 p.m., ABC Family.

“Freak Out” might have you doing just that. It’s a devilish hidden-camera show that uses elaborate special effects and makeup to scare the heck out of unsuspecting marks. 9 p.m., ABC Family.

On “The Flash,” Barry goes after toxic gas-producing villain “The Mist.” Provide your own wisecrack. 8 p.m., CW.
