Later this week, the NCAA tournament will be killing productivity all across the U.S. Right now, though, it’s a smaller productivity drain, but just as entrancing. (At least to a non-basketball fan.)
A tiny little hummingbird, named Phoebe, is sitting on her nest with eggs ready to hatch at anytime. One of the eggs already shows signs of the chick working its way out.
You can watch all the action here.
For size reference, Phoebe is only about three inches long, so you can just imagine how tiny her two little eggs are. And how tiny her chicks will be once they hatch.
Go watch. You don’t want to miss the big event.
