Late Nite Catechism, Sister Rolls the Dice: A frequent visitor to the Historic Everett Theatre, the Sister performs at 7:30 p.m. May 7, 2911 Colby Ave., Everett. Tickets are $25. Call 425-258-6766. This time the Sister does Vegas.
“In His Hands”: The Christian rock opera by local composer Susan Olmos returns to the stage after a 30-year hiatus as a benefit for homeless children and teens. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. May 13, 3 and 7:30 p.m. May 14 and 3 p.m. May 15 in the theater at Mountlake Terrace High School. Olmos is the Holy Rosary Edmonds Church music director. Youth productions
“Urinetown”: Edmonds Heights K-12 school presents this Broadway musical comedy-satire through May 7 at the school, 23200 100th Ave. W., Edmonds. The award-winning show, by Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis, has played to critical and popular success for more than a decade. It’s an earnest fable of love, greed and revolution set in a town plagued by drought. The story takes a timely and gleefully mocking look at unthinking pursuits of profit and mismanagement of natural resources. Performances are at 7 p.m. April 29, 30 and May 6, and 2 p.m. May 1 and 7. Tickets are $7 at the door.
“The Little Mermaid”: Marysville Pilchuck High School presents the Disney musical at 7:30 p.m. April 29 and 30, and May 5, 6 and 7 in the school’s theater. Tickets, $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors, are available at the door, 12309 22nd St. NE, Marysville.
