“Cash on Delivery”: Historic Everett Theatre’s resident comedy troupe, the Outcast Players, present this play by Michael Cooney through April 30 at the theater, 2911 Colby Ave. Tickets are $12. Performances are 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday Call 425-258-6766.

Phoenix Theatre: The comedy theater is at 9673 Firdale Ave., Edmonds. Call 206-533-2000 or go to www.phoenixtheatreedmonds.org. Spring shows:

“Becky’s New Car” by Steven Dietz, runs through May 1, with shows at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $19 or $16 for seniors, students and military.

“The Dixie Swim Club” will be produced by Phoenix from June 3 to 26.

Late Nite Catechism, Sister Rolls the Dice: A frequent visitor to the Historic Everett Theatre, the Sister performs at 7:30 p.m. May 7, 2911 Colby Ave., Everett. Tickets are $25. Call 425-258-6766. This time the Sister does Vegas.

“In His Hands”: The Christian rock opera by local composer Susan Olmos returns to the stage after a 30-year hiatus as a benefit for homeless children and teens. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. May 13, 3 and 7:30 p.m. May 14 and 3 p.m. May 15 in the theater at Mountlake Terrace High School. Olmos is the Holy Rosary Edmonds Church music director. Tickets are $20 and $25, available at inhishands.brownpapertickets.com. More information is at www.facebook.com/dramaticrockopera.

Anderlin Arts: Performances are at the Snohomish County PUD Auditorium, 2320 California, Everett. More at www.anderlinarts.org. The theater group’s 2016 season continues:

“Thoroughly Modern Millie,” musical comedy, Aug. 18 to 27.

“Scrooge! The Musical,” Dec. 1 to 10.

Red Curtain: Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts, a nonprofit arts education organization, has launched its Founding Donors community giving program, an opportunity to support the creation of an arts center in Marysville. For more information, go to www.redcurtainfoundation.org.

Youth productions

“Urinetown”: Edmonds Heights K-12 school presents this Broadway musical comedy-satire through May 7 at the school, 23200 100th Ave. W., Edmonds. The award-winning show, by Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis, has played to critical and popular success for more than a decade. It’s an earnest fable of love, greed and revolution set in a town plagued by drought. The story takes a timely and gleefully mocking look at unthinking pursuits of profit and mismanagement of natural resources. Performances are at 7 p.m. April 29, 30 and May 6, and 2 p.m. May 1 and 7. Tickets are $7 at the door.

“The Little Mermaid”: Marysville Pilchuck High School presents the Disney musical at 7:30 p.m. April 29 and 30, and May 5, 6 and 7 in the school’s theater. Tickets, $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors, are available at the door, 12309 22nd St. NE, Marysville.

Dance

Wanderlust Circus: The troupe presents “Dust Revival,” a futuristic free-for-all melodrama of acrobatics and dance set to the music of Three For Silver 7 p.m. May 1, Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave. Tickets, $12 to $25, are available by calling the theater at 425-258-6766.

Reflections School of Dance: At 3 p.m. June 18, the school presents its annual recital, “Colors,” at Everett Civic Auditorium, 2415 Colby Ave. Recital tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. More information is at www.reflectionsschoolofdance.com.
