Everett Community College: An EvCC original, “Tudor Truth and Jacobean Justice: True Crime Shakespeare” will be livestreamed 7:30 p.m. Nov. 19-21 via Zoom. Free. Presented in the style of a Robert Stack-era “Unsolved Mysteries,” the darkness surrounding the murders of “Macbeth” is examined with never before seen witness testimony, reenactments of the scenes of the crimes and an evolving theory behind his motive. “Teacakes & Tarot”: The Island Shakespeare Festival presents “Teacakes & Tarot” 6:30 p.m. Dec. 10 with Will Wilhelm and Sara Bruner via Zoom. Wilhelm and Bruner will lead a bite-sized interactive virtual session that investigates the intersections of Tarot, gender and Shakespeare’s canon. Featured in the Dec. 10 show is Bill Rauch. “Klingon M’aQ’betH”: Star Trek meets Shakespeare in Red Curtain’s 2018 production, now available to watch for free on YouTube. Alex DeRoest and Nick Poling, the masterminds behind “Santa Claus Conquers the Martians” and “The Adventures of Lewis and Clark,” adapted Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”into a Klingon one. Emerald Ballet Theatre: It wouldn’t be the holidays without a performance of “The Nutcracker.” Enjoy Emerald Ballet Theatre’s “The Nutcracker” in the comfort of you own home. The Northshore Performing Arts Foundation in Bothell presents the 2019 recording by Final Take Productions. The ballet based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s story “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King” is available Dec. 11-13 via www.emeraldballet.org. The show — which kicks off 7 p.m. Dec. 11 — is free, but donations are appreciated. Stream of Consciousness: Improv legends and “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” veterans Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood will deliver their indelible humor in a live-stream improv show via Zoom. Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett presents “Stream of Consciousness” at 5 p.m. Nov. 21, Nov. 27, Dec. 5, Dec. 13 and Dec. 19. Tickets are $35. Number of passes are limited. “HYPROV: Improv Under Hypnosis”: Improvisational comedian Colin Mochrie and hypnotist Asad Mecci will perform 7:30 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Avenue N., Edmonds. Volunteers from the audience will be put under hypnosis by Mecci, their inhibitions evaporated and their minds no longer their own.
