It’s that time of year again to talk turkey.
Or beards.
No-Shave November has taken over the second-to-last month on the calendar and it’s all for a good cause. It’s pretty simple: Grow out your hair and raise cancer awareness at the same time. Then donate all the money you spend on shaving to cancer prevention.
It’s a smart move. Beards are big business. From the rise of the lumbersexual, outdoorsmen’s answer to the metrosexual, to the use of beards to sell anything from clothing to beer, beards are cool once again. Heck, some hipsters are getting facial hair transplants just to fit in. For more information, visit www.no-shave.org.
