Tool, that wacky prog rock industrial band, sold out the Everett Events Center in about 30 minutes, according to the center’s marketing department. That may come as no surprise to anyone who drove down Hewitt Avenue on Saturday morning and saw the long line of kids in black milling around.
Do you think the guy in the back of the line – we’ll call him Tad – was able to get seats? I hope so! If not, the poor bastard can always surf the Internets for a pair. Two are being sold on eBay right now for $285. Originally, tickets ranged from $46 to $58 for the Dec. 4 show.
Tad may need to put in some overtime at Subway.
