If you enjoy worshiping at the altar of history then you’ll want to be part of Everett’s first Historic Church Tour today.
The event, sponsored by Historic Everett, will feature eight historic churches throughout the downtown core. They are:
First Presbyterian, 2936 Rockefeller Ave.; Westminster Presbyterian, 2531 Hoyt Ave.; Bethel Baptist, 2625 Hoyt Ave.; Calvary Lutheran, 2532 Rockefeller Ave.; Trinity Lutheran, 2324 Lombard Ave.; Immanuel Lutheran, 2521 Lombard Ave.; Central Lutheran, 2702 Rockefeller Ave.; and Trinity Episcopal, 2301 Hoyt Ave.
The tour goes from 1 to 4 p.m. today and starts at Trinity Episcopal, 2301 Hoyt Ave. Tickets can be purchased at the start of the tour and are $15 for general admission and $10 for Historic Everett members.
