Winemaker Chris Sparkman will bring his “big reds” to the Tulalip Resort Casino on July 7 for a winemaker dinner.
The dinner is the second of three “Taste with Tommy” wine dinners planned by sommelier Tom Thompson this summer.
Chef Perry Mascitti will present a series of cooking stations for the entrees, sides, salads and desserts. The grilling station will include such choices as slow-smoked brisket, jambalaya and blackened king salmon.
Guests will be served under the stars — weather permitting — or by the fire on the Mpulse patio.
The evening starts at 5 p.m. at the casino. Tickets are $115.
The third dinner will be the Mondavi Generations Picnic on Aug. 4. Tickets are $145.
