Nano is a very interesting looking dog! We have had some breed specific groups look at him and most agree he is a English Bulldog/Mastiff mix. Nano weighs in at 73 pounds but is short with bulldog feet and legs. He came to us as a stray after being in a dog altercation. He does not like other dogs and really needs to be king of his castle! This guy is not suited for dog parks or apartment style living. Nano will also need a feline free home.
The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.
All pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and given a identifying microchip before they are adopted. Take a look at some of the dogs, cats and other animals that are available for adoption at the shelter now.
If you’re interested in adopting an animal, the shelter is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-257-6000.
Obi is an adorable Chihuahua looking an adult only home! He does not enjoy children or cats. He has lived with a larger dog and done OK but will need a meet and greet prior to adoption. He is crate trained and has accidents in the house sometimes. Obi loves being around his people but is very cautious of strangers. If you have a calm home without kids or cats, Obi just might be the right dog for you!
