Steven Tyler might want to ditch the bare-chested look for a helmet and some shoulder pads.
The Aerosmith frontman broke his shoulder in an Aug. 5 fall from the stage at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, leading to the postponement of the group’s show at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn this Monday.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen, y’know, when the tour’s going to pick up,” lead guitarist Joe Perry told WXRX 104.9 of Rockford, Ill., on Monday. “I’ve heard anywhere from four weeks to two months.”

The injury was the second sustained by the 61-year-old singer on the group’s massive summer tour.
Tyler also pulled a leg muscle during a June 29 performance, leading to the delay of several shows.
