We seem to love two things more these days than ever: prime-time soap operas and the ’80s.
What better way to celebrate than to bring the cast of “Dynasty,” the quintessential prime-time soap, which happened to dominate the TV schedule from 1981 to 1989.
Reunion shows are what they are. Our favorite characters look older, more haggard. But they give fans a chance to hear from their faves and see how they reflect on their time as fixtures in our living rooms.
Heck, maybe Linda Evans and Joan Collins will throw down.
“Dynasty Reunion: Catfights &Caviar” airs at 10 p.m. Tuesday on KIRO-TV.
The show’s creators, cast members and stylists will reminisce at the Filoli Mansion in Northern California, the setting of the Carrington home, about their time making the series and their favorite scenes.
“Dynasty” spent three seasons ranked among the top five programs, reaching the top in its fifth season.
