Man, every time I turn around, there’s another Death Cab for Cutie clip, or video, or live performance.
It’s enough to make me pose the question to you, the reader: Do you really want to see all of these? I’m just assuming the answer is yes, because the group is a solid act out of the Northwest, but maybe I’m offbase there. Let me know in the comments section.
Anyway, see that new video from the Seattleites below, along with some other good videos.
Death Cab for Cutie – “No Sunlight” – Video
After putting out a fun video for “No Sunlight” involving WhirlyBall, the guys in Death Cab get serious. In this version, we get beat over the head with the idea that there is no sunlight for our young bike-riding hero, because the lyrics are about a lack of sunlight. Get it? No? Probably? Yes?
Heartless – Kanye West – Video
West sings about a stone cold lady and the guy she done wrong in this animated clip from director Hype Williams. It ain’t bad, but the song isn’t as good as first single “Love Lockdown.” (Enough with the Auto-Tune, man. For serious.)
Raconteurs – “Old Enough” – Video
Autumn de Wilde shot this clip for the Raconteurs. In case you don’t know that name, she’s the go-to rock photographer right now. The artful video finds her having fun with mirrors, as the guys in the band do their earthy rock thing.
